Closure of Footpath

Footpaths SPEE/37/1, SPEE/7/1, SPEE/6/2, AND SPEE/7/2 in the Parish of Speen, will be closed from the 18th June to 18th December 2024.
Whilst the above dates are for 6 months only, it is expected that further extensions will be required for the duration of the works.
The diversion route is expected to be via - Bath Rd, Station Rd, Lambourn Road, and vice versa, Please see attached for location, closures marked in red, the diversion will be signed on site.
The purpose of this closure is for David Wilson Homes to erect residential dwellings at this location, and as the above-mentioned footpaths fall within the curtilage of the development footprint, the closure is further warranted in order maintain public safety.
The diversion will be signed on site.
