Stockcross Recreation Ground, Ermin Street, RG20 8LW

Stockcross Recreation Ground lies in a beautiful setting on the NW edge of the village and is surrounded by woodland, fields, cottages and houses. The site occupies 8 acres. The playing surface is one of the best in the area, being completely level, well drained with gravel about one metre below the surface.

The site includes a children's play area. There is parking for approximately 35 cars. AFC Newbury use the ground for Sunday Football League and training on weekday evenings.. Dog-walkers also use this area and dog-bins for waste are provided.

Stockcross Tennis Club has two tennis courts and a pavilion. Stockcross Recreation Ground is a Queen Elizabeth II Field in Trust, ensuring that future generations will have access to outdoor space for sport, play and recreation.

Speen Recreation Ground, Station Road, RG14 1UD

Speen Recreation Ground lies on the NW side of Speen with its own car park. It is bounded by roads and houses. There is a children's playground with a separate toddler area. There is a brick-built pavilion used mainly by footballers for changing and storage. AFC Newbury use the ground for Sunday matches and training on weekday evenings.

It is used regularly by walkers and for general recreation. Occasional use includes rounders matches, birthday picnics and cricket. The annual Speen Fete is also held there. Dog-walkers also use this area and dog-bins for waste are provided.

Speen Recreation Ground is a Queen Elizabeth II Field in Trust, ensuring that future generations will have access to outdoor space for sport, play and recreation.

Marsh Benham Recreation Ground, RG20 8LY

Marsh Benham Recreation Ground lies in the village of Marsh Benham just east of the Red House pub. It provides a safe, enclosed grassy area for families and children to play games and have picnics. There is a swing, a picnic table and a basketball hoop. Dog-walkers also use this area and dog-bins for waste are provided.
