OFFICE OF COUNCILLOR

Election of Councillors to Speen Parish Council

Local Government Act 1972 (Sec. 87(2))

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there is a vacancy in the Office of Councillor for Speen Parish Council.

A by-election to fill the vacancies will be held IF within 14 days (not counting a Saturday or Sunday or a Bank Holiday) from the date below ten (10) electors for the parish give notice in writing claiming such an election to the Returning Officer.

The address of the Returning Officer is: West Berkshire Council, Council Offices, Market Street, Newbury, RG14 5LD

If no such notice is given Speen Parish Council will fill the vacancy by co-option.
